Terms of Service

Gemini Pro Shop ("we", "us") is a digital storefront that sells subscription accounts, invite links, activation codes, and other digital goods. Orders are fulfilled either instantly (via automatic invite link / credential delivery) or manually by our support team on Telegram.

You may sign in with either an email address or a Telegram account — not both. To keep wallet balances safe, once an account is created under one identity method, it cannot be merged with the other. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and Telegram session secure.

Top-ups are accepted in USDT (BEP20), Binance Pay, and other supported methods listed on the top-up page. All prices are shown in USD ($). Balances are credited to your wallet on-chain confirmation or after manual admin verification. We do not accept fiat cards directly.

Wallet balance has no cash value outside the shop and is non-transferable between accounts.

Instant-delivery products dispatch the moment payment succeeds. Manual-delivery products are queued and typically fulfilled within 30 minutes by our support team. Delivery for guest checkouts is sent to the email you provide at checkout.

• No reselling of delivered credentials at scale without prior written permission.
• No chargebacks — all sales are final except as described in the Refund Policy.
• No abuse of support, chat, or the automated delivery system.

Products carry the warranty period stated on their listing (e.g. 24h, 7d, lifetime). Within the warranty window, replacements are issued for accounts that stop working through no fault of the buyer. See the Refund Policy for details.

We are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or third-party platform bans caused by misuse of a delivered account. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

These terms may change; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the shop constitutes acceptance.
